Your How much Journey Begins Here

We use state of the art software to minimize the cost and over running budgets in home renovations.

Measurement of the site

We assesses the physical space, examining the layout, dimensions, and structural elements of the home. We take detailed measurements and make notes on existing architectural features.

Then we discuss client needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget. This conversation helps define the overall style (modern, traditional, minimalistic, etc.), color schemes, and any specific requests or inspirations the client may have.

Estimate of the project

Based on the site inspection, we will start formulating a realistic budget and timeline. The  discussion includes costs for materials, labor, and furnishings, ensuring everything aligns with the client’s financial expectations.

Learn about our offerings

We arrive at the estimate by following very detailed approach. Our 3D modeling tools gives us in depth view for how much material we need for your home. It also gives client the look and feel how their dream home is going to look like.

Estimation Process

Learn how we arrive at the cost estimates.

Getting Started

We use SketchUp as our 3D modeling software.

Sketchup is very easy to use and understand 3d modelling tool. We design your floor plan in it to get the scope of the project.

This gives a fair idea of what all furniture, décor, utility items we can use in our home.

Updates and Improvements

Once the virtual home is in place, we start putting up conceptual furniture in the home.

This makes us understanding of the scope of the work and what we really need. It helps us to distinguish want vs needs.

Home owners can decide in better clarity and we can start putting up guestimates around the scope of the work.

Deep dive

Now we start talking about square foot and cubic feet.

We model complete project to the inches so that we can come at the project cost very accurately. It involves using a SketchUp plugin called as cultist plus which gives us detailed view of materials its quantity and cost accurately.

This gives us fairly accurate materials cost.

Final Estimation

Final step is arriving at the best estimates after all these efforts. Pictures shown below gives the sample estimates for table top counter.

Once we have the cutlist output, we use one more software called as cutlist plus fx It has inbuilt optimization algorithm which saves us lot of manual efforts and errors to arrive at detailed BOM (bill of materials) which needs to be purchased for starting the project. It will give final best estimates to us.

With our precise 3D modeling and advanced material estimation, customers receive detailed project costs and a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring efficient and cost-effective project planning from the start.
The next step is project execution, divided into phases with mutually agreed payment terms. Based on our experience, covering 100% of the material costs and 50% of the labor upfront works best, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
